Abstract

This paper presents a method to determine the time TD disposable electronic security system that struck a pulse surges or lightning. Disposable time is the time from the moment of shock electronic security system until its transition to a state of security failures, assuming the impact of anti. Disruption (shock), which occurs in the frequency band (0-100) kHz, and effects on the ESB can be catastrophic is lightning.
